2. Acceptance of the Terms of Use

Access to or use of (i) the camino.plus website and (ii) the “Camino+” mobile apps published on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store (jointly, the “Service”) is voluntary and grants the status of User, implying full acceptance of this Legal Notice.

Camino+ may amend these terms without prior notice; please review them periodically.

3. General Conditions of Website Use

The User undertakes to:

Use the content diligently, correctly and lawfully, avoiding acts contrary to law, morals, public order or the principle of non-discrimination.
Not damage, block or overload the Service’s functions, tools or infrastructure.
Not disseminate unlawful information or content that infringes the rights of Camino+ or third parties.

Camino+ may restrict or cancel access without prior notice if these rules are violated.

4. Specific Service Conditions

Minimum age: To purchase a paid subscription you must be at least 18 years old, or have the authorisation and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for payments and account use.
Registration: Required to access all features. The User must keep the password secure and notify Camino+ of any unauthorised use.
Data accuracy: Registration data must be accurate, current and truthful; any inaccuracy is the User’s responsibility.
Subscription: A single plan is available, payable monthly or annually, giving access to Camino+ resources.
Payments & refunds: Payments are non-refundable. If cancelled at the end of the paid period, no further charges will be made.
Price changes: Camino+ may adjust subscription prices after notifying the User.

5. Intellectual and Industrial Property

AI-generated answers may contain errors; Camino+ is not liable for their content or for any damages resulting from their use.
All other content, graphic design and source code are the exclusive property of Camino+ or authorised third parties. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication constitutes infringement.
Commercial use of Camino+ trademarks or distinctive signs without prior consent is prohibited.

6. Hyperlinks

6.1 Links from Camino+ to Third Parties

Camino+ may include links to third-party sites. It is not responsible for subsequent changes nor for third-party content. Users will be informed if they leave Camino+.

6.2 Links from Third-Party Sites to Camino+

A hyperlink does not imply any relationship with Camino+.
It may not suggest explicit approval by Camino+.
Camino+’s trademarks or distinctive signs may not be used except in the link itself.
The linking site may not host unlawful or infringing content.
The User assumes any consequences arising from access via such links.

7. Limitation of Liability

Camino+ may suspend the Service at any time for technical, security, maintenance or force-majeure reasons.
Camino+ is not liable for interruptions or damages beyond its control, for errors in public information or AI responses, nor for misuse of the Service by the User.
Unauthorised use may lead to legal action.

8. Personal-Data Processing

Data are processed solely to provide the Service, in accordance with applicable regulations and the Privacy Policy. Camino+ applies technical and organisational measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability.

9. Cookies

The Service uses cookies to improve User experience. Cookies are anonymous and do not identify the User. Cookies can be accepted, rejected or configured via the settings banner or the browser. For details see the Cookie Policy.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction (Website)

The website is governed by Spanish law. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of Barcelona, Spain.

11. Mobile-App Specific Conditions

Notice: The “Camino+” apps are licensed, not sold. In case of conflict, this section prevails over the rest of the Legal Notice for app use.

11.1 Common Aspects

Licensor: Apple (iOS version) or Camino+ (Android version).
Usage Rules: Apple App Store or Google Play Store guidelines.
Authorised device: Apple or Android device owned or controlled by the User.

11.2 iOS Licence (Apple App Store)

The iOS version is governed entirely by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at:

11.3 Android Licence (Google Play Store)

The Android version is distributed through Google Play and is governed by these Terms of Use and the applicable Google Play policies.
