All information provided must be truthful. You are solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements and for any damage caused to Camino+ or third parties. Camino+ reserves the right to exclude any user who provides false data from its services, without prejudice to other legal actions.

To deliver the service correctly, data may be shared with companies/entities acting on behalf of Camino+ (web hosting, payment gateway, mailing service, etc.) as data processors. These processors apply technical, legal and organisational measures and best security practices to prevent unauthorised alteration, loss or access.
Apart from these cases, data will only be disclosed when required by competent public authorities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Camino+ will not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) that do not ensure an adequate level of protection.
Should an international transfer to a non-adequate country become necessary, Camino+ will implement one of the appropriate safeguards set out in Article 46 GDPR.
